Following this role, he advanced to the position of Head of Marine Superintendent Department. In this capacity, he assumed complete control over marine navigation in the Suez Canal on a daily basis for a span of 14 years. Throughout this extensive period in his maritime career, he accumulated vast experience working with multinational liners and vessel owners.

Continuing the legacy set by his father as a role model in the maritime industry, Ismael immersed himself in various multinational companies, accumulating invaluable marine expertise. These experiences served as a cornerstone in shaping his approach at Octopoda Shipping Supply, enabling him to deliver optimal solutions for their clients. Ismael’s educational journey commenced at Suez Canal University in faculty of commerce, further enhanced by completing a Diploma FIATA and an MBA in Strategic Management.
